What I collect

• Booking details you enter in the calendar (name, email, notes), processed by Cal.com.
• Text you type into the service advisor, sent to an AI model only to generate your recommendation. It is not stored.
• Anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited and referring site.

How I use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, run scheduled calls, deliver agreed work and improve the website. I never sell your data.

Legal basis

Your consent, steps taken before entering a contract with you, and my legitimate interest in running and improving this website, in line with the GDPR and Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection.

Retention

Booking and project data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing. Send a message to Instagram @aboolkalns or mention it during a booked call.

Third parties

Cal.com (scheduling), hosting and analytics providers, and an AI model provider for the advisor. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
